Here's the 6th installment of the JSTMK series. This episode mixes history with Hollywood, as it's based off two events: The real Battle of the Bulge in 1944, and the fictional movie called "Battle of the Bulge". I borrow key elements and stories from both history and Hollywood, such as the fuel depot scene.

That is quite awesome. The animation is quite neat and smoothlike, for it being a sprite cartoon. The sound effects are great as well.

Thanks. The primary invasion sequence was actually made back in August 2005, but the rest was finally finished in just the past month. That's why the beginning and the end are slightly different.

I like how the storyline is serious and dramatic, but you still manage to get them to work with the continuity of SMB, unlike so many of the other flash cartoons. It doesn't have any of that overdone bloody violence that's used constantly as a punch line either, which is really annoying to me. AND THE GUEST APPEARANCE RULED! The Koopatorivm header on the note from Bowser made me laugh too.

Thank you! Yeah, I try to keep things as serious as possible, while still playing the joke if it being an 8-bit video game. There's violence and some swearing, but it seems as if the Mario parodies you usually see have too much sex and violence, as if the creators are trying too hard to push the boundaries. Mine's supposed to be a more realistic portayal of a war between Koopa and Mushroom.

great job with using the sprite style. its beginning to disappear because of the game cube and stuff taking away the good ol' pixels lol
